Shipping & Returns

Orders of $99+ being shipped to a single location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight. We will select the carrier & method of our choice (the least expensive option) if order qualifies for free shipping. Customer may opt for a different shipping method at their expense.

 

We pride ourselves in prompt shipping from our Midwest based warehouses. If an order is shipping via skid, the customer is responsible for unloading the goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the shipment destination. Items that need to be built or customized will need 3-7 business days.

If an order requires an expedited service, please contact our customer service department at 844-589-5337.  Additional freight charges will apply. Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for free shipping.

 

All orders/ shipments are F.O.B. origin; ownership of the order/ shipment passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities. Inspect all shipments for damage occurring while in transit.

Return Policy: Buyer must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items returned without a preauthorized RMA will be denied credit. RMA products must be returned to the specified RMA address, not the marketing and sales address. No returns on special order products or products made to buyer required specifications.

 

Credit may not be issued for returned merchandise over 30 days from original invoice date. Credits and refunds will be issued within five business days from receipt of the merchandise at our RMA center once they have been evaluated.
